Pre-Order Policy

Some of our products are offered on a pre-order basis. This page explains how pre-orders work and your rights when purchasing them.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it is available for immediate dispatch. Payment is processed at checkout to secure your item in the upcoming production or shipment cycle.

Estimated Timeframes

  • Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page.
  • These dates are provided in good faith but may be subject to change due to manufacturing or supply chain factors.

  • If any material delay occurs, we will notify you by email with an updated timeline.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch for a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, our standard Refund Policy applies (see above).

  • If SudorCure cannot supply your pre-order within the estimated timeframe, or if delays extend beyond what is reasonable, you may request a full refund at any stage.

Shipping & Order Combination

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.
