How It Works

1. Select your hire duration

Choose between a 3-week or 4-week hire period and select the device model that suits your needs (Hands & Feet, Underarms, or 3-in-1).

2. Complete verification

After checkout, we will email you a hire agreement. Simply sign it and reply with a photo of your valid Australian government ID to verify your identity.

3. Begin your treatment

Once approved, we dispatch your device immediately. You will receive a tracking number and can start your treatment as soon as it arrives.

4. Return or upgrade

At the end of your hire, use the included prepaid label to return the device. If you love the results, let us know, and we will credit your hire fee toward a brand new Saalio®.

Saalio® is a medical device. To ensure your safety, please review the following contraindications before hiring. You cannot use this device if you have:

  • A pacemaker or implanted cardioverter defibrillator (ICD)
  • Metallic implants in the current path (arms or legs)
  • A metal-containing intrauterine device (for foot treatment)
  • Cardiac arrhythmia or epilepsy
  • Large skin defects or open wounds that cannot be covered
  • Severe vascular disorders or thrombosis
  • Pregnancy

Not at all. The Saalio® is designed for independent home use. Your hire kit comes with a comprehensive instruction manual, and our local support team is available to guide you through your setup if you need extra help.

If you decide to purchase a new Saalio® unit within 30 days of returning your hire, the full amount you paid for the hire ($250 or $300) will be deducted from the purchase price of your new device.

Returning is easy. We include a prepaid Australia Post return label in the box. simply pack the clean device back into its case and box, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest Post Office on or before your due date.

No, we do not require a security bond. We simply keep a card on file in case of late returns, damage, or missing items.
