Shipping policy
Pre-Orders
Some SudorCure products are sold on a pre-order basis. When you place a pre-order, payment is processed immediately to secure your item.

Estimated dispatch timeframes are listed on the relevant product page and in your order confirmation email.

These timeframes are provided in good faith and may be subject to change due to manufacturing, regulatory, or supply chain factors.

If we are unable to dispatch your pre-order within the stated timeframe, you will be notified by email and may request a full refund at any time prior to dispatch.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise arranged with us.
Order Processing Times

In-stock items:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST are dispatched the following business day.

Pre-order items:
Dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page. You’ll receive email updates throughout the process and a tracking link once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders

Express Shipping: $10 AUD flat rate (selectable at checkout)
New Zealand
Shipping costs are calculated based on product size and weight and are displayed at checkout.

Standard $9.65 AUD / Express $20 AUD

Saalio Devices (AX, DE, or 3-in-1):
Standard $30 AUD / Express $45 AUD
New Zealand GST & Customs Charges
Orders shipped to New Zealand are sent from Australia.
Please note that for higher-value orders, including medical devices, New Zealand Customs may require GST (15%) and any applicable customs processing fees to be paid at the border before delivery.

These charges are assessed and collected by New Zealand Customs or NZ Post.

GST and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

Any GST or customs charges imposed by New Zealand Customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

All parcels are shipped with tracking via Australia Post.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
Delays & Notifications
If there are any unexpected delays with your shipment, including pre-order delays, we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible.
If a delay extends beyond the stated timeframe or becomes unreasonable, you may request a refund.
