Returns & Warranty

At SudorCure, we stand by the quality and integrity of the products we distribute. While our iontophoresis devices are robust and rigorously tested, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Below you’ll find details of our return and warranty process, applicable to the Saalio® range and SudorGuard spray.

Saalio® Iontophoresis Devices

The Saalio® device is manufactured in Germany and known for its exceptional reliability. In rare cases where technical concerns arise, we aim to minimise disruption and resolve issues quickly.

Warranty Coverage
Saalio® control units are covered by a 4-year warranty from the date of delivery.
Foam inserts and sponge pouches are considered wear components and are not covered by warranty. Textile electrodes are subject to natural wear and should be replaced annually. Each electrode is labelled with the following notice: “Limited Duration of Use – This electrode is made of cotton fleece and is subject to natural wear and tear. For best performance and safety, replacement every 12 months is recommended.”

Support & Troubleshooting
If you experience a device issue, please email hello@sudorcure.com with a brief description and supporting images or video. Our technical team can often assess and resolve most concerns remotely.
In some cases, we may request return of the component for inspection.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused devices in original condition. If approved, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

SudorGuard Antiperspirant Spray

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, SudorGuard is non-returnable if opened. If unopened, it may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Request a Return or Warranty Review

  1. Contact us at hello@sudorcure.com to start a return or warranty claim.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Upon receiving your item, please allow 10–15 business days for inspection and processing.
  4. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
